Passive reconnaissance
1. Passive sources
`theHarvester -d yourdomain.com -b duckduckgo,google` — document emails, hosts, and names for exposure review.
2. Correlate
Cross-check with SecurityTrails, crt.sh, or subfinder — remove duplicates; note stale DNS.
3. Defensive use
Blue team: remove exposed emails from public pages; enable SPF/DMARC; monitor for credential stuffing.
